PRIDEISE Terms of Service

Welcome to PRIDEISE (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and video calling platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

PRIDEISE is designed as an inclusive, safe, and respectful communication space primarily supporting the LGBTQ+ community, while welcoming everyone who agrees to uphold respect and dignity for all individuals and identities.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use PRIDEISE for personal, non-commercial, and lawful use only. This license does not include any right to modify, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service for commercial purposes.

4. User Conduct

By using PRIDEISE, you agree to:

All sessions are end-to-end encrypted for privacy, and all temporary data is automatically deleted once you log out or close the browser. We do not log messages, calls, IP addresses, or other identifiers.

Although we take strong security measures, no internet transmission can be 100% secure. By using PRIDEISE, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

5. Cookies and Tracking

PRIDEISE does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party tracking tools. A minimal, temporary session cookie may be used only to maintain your live connection during the session and is deleted immediately when you close your browser.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with any third parties. If third-party technologies (such as hosting or encryption providers) are used, they are bound by strict confidentiality and security agreements consistent with this Privacy Policy.

7. Data Retention
